Service and Hospitality
Instructor: Miss Flax
Service and Hospitality Class is community based.  Juniors participate in On The Job Training in local hotels, hospitals and nursing homes.  Seniors participate in independent employment in a work/study setting.  Students focus on transferable skills necessary for successful employment in the hotel and lodging industry:  customer service, front desk, banquet set-up and service, restaurant set-up and service, dietary-aide, laundry, and housekeeping.  This program is guided by OHLA, the Ohio Hotel and Lodging Association.
